The maintenance program includes web/telephone/fax/email support. A 12-month maintenance program that includes minor and major upgrades and continued service is available for 50% of the current purchase price. All online services on this site will be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, enabling you to work at your convenience. You may purchase a maintenance agreement at any time; however, maintenance is retroactive to the date of expiration.
